Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "ListWiz" or click the "Install Extension" button on our homepage. Once installed, you'll see the ListWiz panel on any Etsy listing page.

Make sure you're logged into your ListWiz account and have remaining generations in your plan. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Click on your profile in the extension, then select "Manage Subscription" to access your billing portal.

Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store your product data permanently, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.
