Welcome to ListWiz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ListWiz website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and available plans are listed on our website.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Content & Generation History

• You may input text, images, and other content ("User Content") into the Services.
• By doing so, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Services.
• We may retain your generation history (prompts and outputs) while your account is active, unless you request deletion.
• You remain responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not infringe on others' rights or violate applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by ListWiz and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without our written consent.
• You retain ownership of your User Content.

7. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, legally compliant, or optimized for search engine results.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ListWiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $50.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms
